Certificate Program Courses

The Certificate Program includes a required course and an elective course component. The three required courses are Environmental Law, Land Use Regulation and Administrative Law. These courses are regularly offered at Florida State Law.

The following courses are approved for satisfying the program's additional elective requirement. Not all courses on the list are offered on a regular basis — you must consult the current Florida State Law or other relevant course offering list and plan your schedule accordingly. Students must take at least one natural resources elective. These elective courses are designated below with an asterisk (*).
