This Bibliography is intended to provide a beginning familiarity with the rapidly expanding scholarship related to Humanizing/Balance in Legal Education. This scholarship includes topics such as law student and lawyer wellness, professional identity formation, curricular reform and teaching methodology,
as well as fields of study such as therapeutic jurisprudence, contemplative practice, collaborative law, critical race theory, interpersonal dynamics, positive psychology, best pedagogy practices, innovations in testing and evaluation, and curriculum reform.
