The
FSU Business Review is a bi-annual journal which examines the interrelated disciplines of business and law. The purpose is to offer the reader a unique perspective of the various topics under the rubric of business, and the ways in which the mechanisms of business both influence and are influenced by the legal environment.
Business involves numerous components, including Marketing and Sales, Accounting and Taxation, Corporate Structuring, Finance, Securities and Investing, Real Estate Transactions, and International Trade. In addition, business-related issues often involve the areas of Ethics, Psychology, and Medicine. The
FSU Business Review examines all of these areas against the backdrop of Law and Public Policy.
Each volume features research on a myriad of business topics. The selection of articles appearing in each volume includes the research of both business and legal scholars and practitioners. Finally, the journal incorporates several student-written articles in each volume in order to recognize and showcase superior scholastic work.
To submit a piece to the
FSU Business Review, email an electronic copy in Word format to the
FSU Business Review's Senior Article Editor Steve Szymanski at
sps06c@fsu.edu. While there is no page requirement, the journal typically publishes pieces that are approximately 20-35 pages in length. Each submission should be written on a business-related topic and may be cited in APA (
http://www.apastyle.org/) or Legal Bluebook (
http://www.legalbluebook.com/) format.
