Florida State Law is home to one of the most highly regarded environmental law programs in the country. In 2012, U.S. News & World Report ranked Florida State Law's Environmental Law Program 8th best in the nation. Our faculty members are among the most distinguished scholars in the fields of environmental and administrative law.
More than two dozen courses and a certificate program provide students a solid foundation in environmental and land use law.
