AirMedia Wireless Conferencing Help

When using Wireless Conferencing with a Windows® computer, playback devices must be selected.

If using the Windows AirMedia application, first run the AirMedia® Peripheral Installer. If using the AM-TX3-100, no software is required.
Follow the steps below to select the playback device.

NOTE: If Crestron AirMedia Audio does not appear in a list of audio devices, confirm that Wireless Conferencing has been started from the AirMedia application.

Windows 10 and 11

  1. Click the sound icon in the taskbar.
  2. Expand the Select playback device list by clicking the name of the currently selected audio device.
  3. Choose Speakers (Crestron AirMedia Audio).

Microsoft Teams

  1. Select the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner of the Microsoft Teams window.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Devices.
  4. Use the Audio devices dropdown to select Crestron AirMedia Audio.
  5. Use the Camera dropdown to select Crestron AirMedia Camera.


Zoom Application

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Select Video.
  3. Use the Camera dropdown to select Crestron AirMedia Camera.
  4. Select Audio.
  5. Use the Microphone dropdown to select Crestron AirMedia Audio.
