This course covers the essay topics that have been tested on the Florida Bar Exam including frequently tested subjects such as Professional Responsibility, Professionalism, Contracts, Real Property, Torts, Family Law, and Florida Constitutional Law. This course is designed to assist you in beginning your preparation for the Florida Bar Exam. The course aims to enhance your exam-taking abilities and expand your knowledge of the material covered on the Florida portion of the bar exam. However, this course is not intended as, nor should it be regarded as, a substitute for a formal bar review course.
