This 2-credit seminar course focuses on trademark practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Topics include selecting trademarks, conducting trademark searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, prosecution of applications, responding to rejections, maintaining registrations, and opposition/cancellation practice before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
