Ryan Rodenberg is an associate professor with the Department of Sport Management at Florida State University. Prior to academia, he worked as an associate attorney at Keller Rohrback LLP and assistant general counsel at Octagon. His recent scholarship has been published in a variety of law reviews and quantitative journals. He serves on four journal editorial boards. Rodenberg's non-academic writing has been published in ESPN, The AtlanticSports Illustrated, and Vice Sports. In 2016, he testified before Congress on sports betting issues and filed a U.S. Supreme Court cert stage amicus brief in the New Jersey sports wagering litigation. He earned a J.D. from the University of Washington-Seattle and a Ph.D. from Indiana University-Bloomington.
