Wellness Event Highlights Resources
Last week, FSU Law’s Raising the Bar Professionalism+ Program held their annual Wellness Tailgate. The event focused around the nine dimensions of wellness and included opportunities to learn about wellness-related resources on campus, free flu shots for students, and food. Approximately 200 students attended the event and met with representatives from 15 legal and main campus partners, law school offices, and student organizations. We were especially excited to introduce students to Taylor Nance, FSU College of Law’s part-time mental health counselor, who is joining us this semester to enhance FSU Law’s wellness offerings. Nance will be at the College of Law on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons, and we are glad to offer students on-campus access to a mental health professional. The law school is committed to promoting healthy living, stress management, and wellness habits that will help students during law school and beyond!
