FSU College of Law Receives Top Rankings From Princeton Review

August 15, 2025

We’re proud to announce that the latest Princeton Review Law School Rankings place FSU College of Law at #14 overallThis overall ranking is determined by giving equal weight to five key factors: Admissions Selectivity, Academic Experience, Professors: Teaching, Professors: Accessibility, and Career Rating—making it a true reflection of excellence across every area of the law school experience.

In addition to this outstanding overall ranking, we also earned top spots in two key categories:

#2 – Best Professors: Teaching and Accessibility

#7 – Academic Experience

These results affirm what we know to be true: FSU Law offers one of the country's most rewarding legal education experiences. We are proud to provide students with an environment where world-class faculty know your name, doors are always open, and your growth—both as a scholar and as a future lawyer—is supported at every step. Our collaborative community, rigorous academics, and commitment to real-world preparation create an experience that is both challenging and deeply rewarding.

As highlighted in a recent article by SCOTUSblog founder Adam Feldman, "Where Students Find (Or Should Find) the Most Satisfying Law School Experiences: A Data-Driven Look at the Numbers," the student experience is at the heart of what makes a law school exceptional—and our rankings show we’re delivering on that promise.

With the Fall semester about to begin, we eagerly welcome our new 1Ls to campus and look forward to sharing our tradition of academic excellence, unmatched faculty dedication, and an unparalleled sense of community with them.
