Why should a prospective student choose FSU College of Law?

A prospective student should choose FSU College of Law because not only does the school create an environment where students are able to learn the law and how to apply it, but they also do so in a collaborative way. Students are encouraged to work together and support one another. Also, the school helps students learn professional skills outside of the classroom through practice-readiness events that make you a more well-rounded job candidate.

What are your plans/ideal plans post-graduation?

My ideal plans post-graduation is to work as a public defender in Phoenix, Arizona. I want to devote my career to providing legal services to people who are particularly vulnerable in our court system.

What is your favorite thing about FSU Law?

My favorite thing about FSU Law is how collaborative the environment is. Students are encouraged to share notes and work together, and we all do. We are able to understand that law school is competitive, but know that you learn the most when you work with others, support one another, and celebrate each other's successes.
