This course integrates environmental law theory with practical skills including legal research, regulatory analysis, advocacy skills, working with experts, environmental litigation considerations and environmental matter/case management tools. Students will work on assignments mirroring real-world environmental law practice through simulated client matters, regulatory compliance projects, and litigation skills practices.
