Tallahassee's Legal Aid Foundation (LAF) provides free assistance to low- and no-income Leon County residents with Leon County cases or issues in the following areas of law: Adoption (stepparents); Family Law (child support is serviced through the Florida Department of Revenue); Expungement; Foreclosure; Tenant Issues; Probate; Property; Small Claims (under $8,000); and Simple Wills.
