Professor Jacob Eisler's Constitutional Law I class

The spring 2024 semester started this week, and we are looking forward to many enriching events that are planned for the next several months. This semester’s first Frontiers in Law and Technology webinar is today at noon, and it features FSU Law alumnus and Holland & Knight partner Anthony E. DiResta (’82) with a session on the Federal Trade Commission’s regulation of artificial intelligence technology. You can visit our website to learn more about this and several other upcoming events hosted by the Institute of Law, Technology & Innovation, including an AI Policy Symposium scheduled for April in Washington, D.C. In February, we will host two of our most anticipated events, the 2024 D’Alemberte & Palmer Lecture in International Human Rights and the Spring 2024 Environmental Distinguished Lecture. We also have alumni receptions planned for Tampa in March, Washington, D.C. and Pensacola in April, and Miami in May. Please follow us on social media, read future issues of this newsletter, and check your email for more information about these and other upcoming events.
