The FSU Business Review is published annually, is student-run by its editorial board and staff editors, and is guided by the College of Law faculty and administration.

The FSU Business Review publishes articles by professors, judges, and practitioners, as well as notes written by second- and third-year law students. Each piece selected for publication in the FSU Business Review is subjected to a rigorous editorial process designed to sharpen and strengthen substance and tone.
