Jessica Richman Dworkin directs planning, organizing, management, and staffing for the College of Law Office of Admissions. She also collaborates with admissions office team members to develop and implement a strategic recruitment and communication plan for prospective, admitted, and matriculating students for J.D. degree and non-degree programs, ensuring a highly credentialed and diverse student body.

Before joining FSU Law, Dworkin served as the director of international and graduate programs at Stetson College of Law, where she was responsible for student recruitment and admissions, student exchanges, and student academic and inter-cultural support. Prior to her work at Stetson, Dworkin worked as the assistant dean of graduate programs at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and Emory University School of Law.

She earned her J.D./LL.M. from Duke University School of Law and her B.A. in international relations, Spanish, and Portuguese from The Ohio State University.
