Lisa Duke moved from Fort Lauderdale to Tallahassee with her family in 2001. Her main area of practice since she graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1986 has been health care law, with a focus on transactional and regulatory work. From there she moved to Broad and Cassel as part of their health care group with a focus on state and federal anti-kickback and fraud laws as well as labor law and health care compliance. Immediately prior to moving to Tallahassee, Lisa served for five years as in-house General Counsel for Medical Services of America, Inc, a large multi-state provider of health care services. At MSA, she created their first Corporate Compliance Program pursuant to federal requirements.
