Laura Dennis

Laura Dennis is the Assistant Dean for Academic Success and a member of the legal writing faculty, as well as supporting Bar Success at the College of Law. Prior to joining the law school in 2024, Dennis was a senior counsel at Radey Law Firm in Tallahassee, Florida, where she primarily practiced in the areas of administrative law, corporate litigation, and civil litigation. Her experience also includes serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia C. Fawsett of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Dennis is the Achieving Excellence Committee Chair for the William H. Stafford Inn of Court, the treasurer for the Tallahassee Women Lawyers, and a contributing author to the Appellate Case Notes in the Florida Bar’s Administrative Law Section Newsletter. Dennis has also served as a coach for the FSU Law Moot Court team since 2022.
