Alexis Fulton Joins Elder Law Clinic as Clinical Fellow
We are proud to highlight the accomplishments of recent alumna Alexis Fulton (’25), who has joined the Claude Pepper Elder Law Clinic as a clinical fellow with the Borchard Center on Law and Aging. In this role, she launched the Elder Domestic Violence Assistance Project, an innovative program within the clinic that expands services for elder survivors of domestic violence and abuse. Fulton also serves as a staff attorney, pending bar admission, with Legal Services of North Florida, where she represents elder survivors primarily in family law matters.
During her time at FSU Law, Fulton was deeply engaged in clinical and public interest work, serving as a student advocate in both the International Human Rights Advocacy Clinic and the Elder Law Clinic. She was also a Certified Legal Intern with the Victims' Rights Project and the Law Student Pro Bono Coordinator at Legal Services of North Florida. As a research assistant for the Elder Law Clinic, she authored the Elder Domestic Violence Benchbook for the Florida Office of the State Courts Administrator, a statewide judicial resource.
Her exceptional commitment to advancing justice has been recognized nationally. Fulton received the 2025 CLEA Outstanding Clinic Student Award and the 2025 Equal Justice Works Regional Public Interest Award for the Gulf Region.
