Professor Jake Linford Launches New Open-Source Contracts Casebook

Congratulations to Professor Jake Linford, Loula Fuller and Dan Myers Professor and Associate Dean for Research, on the recent launch of the new Open-Source Contracts Casebook, a major scholarly milestone several years in the making.

Professor Linford, a nationally recognized contracts and intellectual property law expert, co-authored the casebook with a team of distinguished legal scholars.

Unlike traditional legal lesson plans and curriculum, their Open-Source Casebook is free, unrestricted, and designed to be flexible and completely customizable by faculty, making it accessible and responsive to the evolving landscape of contract law.
