Florida Commission on Human Relations
Students externing at the Florida Commission on Human Relations work in a clerkship capacity for the General Counsel's office. Duties include legal research and writing, investigation of complaints, technical assistance to investigators, and the review of investigator's reports for legal sufficiency. Students also draft investigatory determinations for the commission, prepare bench summaries, critically observe administrative hearings, and draft final orders for the commission.
