Congratulations to Professor Jake Linford, Loula Fuller and Dan Myers Professor and Associate Dean for Research, on the recent launch of the new Open-Source Contracts Casebook, a major scholarly milestone several years in the making.

Professor Linford, a nationally recognized contracts and intellectual property law expert, co-authored the casebook with a team of distinguished legal scholars.

Darby Kerrigan Scott Announced as Co-Director of PILC

We are excited to announce that Professor Darby Kerrigan Scott has been named Co-director of the Public Interest Law Center (PILC). During her time with the PILC, Professor Scott developed and directed several clinics including the Farmworker and Immigrant Rights Clinic (2018-21), the COVID-19 Veterans Legal Clinic (2020-21), and currently the International Human Rights Advocacy Clinic (2022-present).
