Why should a prospective student choose FSU College of Law?
You should choose FSU College of Law because there is a student body here that is already excited to meet you. The College of Law has a program to pair first-year students with upperclassmen who can help with all of the things a new law student stresses over. From day one, you'll feel like people are happy to have you here.

What is your favorite thing about FSU Law?
My favorite thing about FSU Law is the sense of community that we all share. I was transitioning from the military as I began law school, and I was really worried about losing the sense of camaraderie that I had with my peers. The student body at the College of Law replaced that. Rather than competing, it feels as if we are all working together.

What has been the best experience you have had at the College of Law thus far?
The best experience so far has been attending my professors' office hours. On one occasion, we spent maybe 15 minutes talking casually about our backgrounds before we got around to my questions. The impression I got is that the professors are genuinely interested in getting to know their students. Things like this have made my relationship with the professors and the material a little less stressful.
