Tom Graham, CEO of Metaphysics, spoke at the ‘Civil Liberties in the Digital Age’ Seminar, which centered on using hyperrealistic generative AI in the movie and music industry. Graham, a trained IP lawyer with degrees from Cambridge University and Harvard, founded Metaphysics, which was named one of Time Magazine's 100 most influential companies.

Students at FSU College of Law can elect several courses related to technology and innovations, including AI & the Law, Civil Liberties in the Digital Age, Crypto and Blockchain Technology, Legal and Technological Innovation, Space Law, National Security Law, and Emerging Technologies, and Start-Up Law. J.D. students can elect a concentration in technology and innovation as part of the Business Law Certification.
