Students will work with the Solicitor General and be exposed to appellate practice in both the state District Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Students review records on appeal, write briefs, and gain familiarity with appellate procedure and motion practice. Students also critically observe one or more oral arguments in the District Court and Supreme Court, and review them with an accompanying senior attorney. Students do not become certified legal interns.
