The Human Trafficking and Policy Law Society brings together students interested in brainstorming and discussing policies and laws related to human trafficking. We will discuss and explore legal issues in Florida, United States, and Internationally. Our primary objectives are discussing policy issues, writing about them, and increasing awareness about human trafficking on social media. Our primary events include local, state, and national experts working in the anti- human trafficking field.

Governor Ron DeSantis has signed Senate Bill 892 into law, officially codifying the Florida State University College of Law’s Election Law Center. The center, created during the 2023 legislative session through a $1 million appropriation, positions Florida State University as a national leader in election law scholarship and practice.
