alumna meets with students

Preparing our graduates for successful careers is the most important thing we do.

Everyone from professors to alumni to members of the administration is committed to this goal. The many opportunities our students have to gain hands-on legal experience while in law school help them increase their credentials.

Employment statistics show that Florida State law graduates perform well in the legal job market. According to the latest employment data, Florida State is the nation's #6 law school and #1 in Florida in terms of the percentage of 2023 graduates employed 10 months after graduation in full-time, long-term jobs that require bar passage and were not funded by the school.

The Career Services and Professional Development Office helps launch the careers of our students. The office is the bridge between students and employers.
