Greg Hearing has been fighting for management clients with labor and employment law issues for more than thirty years. He is triple board certified by The Florida Bar and represents a who’s who of both private companies and public entities across the Southeast before courts, arbitrators, and state and federal administrative agencies.

A diligent advisor and artful litigator, Hearing’s practice covers all facets of employment law, including wage and hour, sexual harassment, discrimination, ADA, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, reasonable accommodation, and retaliation claims.
