Sullivan is a senior associate at Bush Grazino Rice & Platter, P.A. His practice focuses on labor and employment law. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Kevin is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Sullivan previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Wilson, United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Sullivan was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and is a 2007 Jesuit High School graduate. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Vanderbilt University and continued on to earn his juris doctor from Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, he served as article editor for Florida State University Law Review. He graduated in the top five percent of his class and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
