Nathan Hill co-leads Gunster’s white collar defense and internal investigations practice group and is vice-chair of the firm’s business litigation practice. Hill is an experienced trial attorney and former federal prosecutor whose practice is focused on defending clients against the federal government. He has represented clients in both civil and criminal investigations brought by a variety of government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Commodities Futures Trading Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission. Hill also represents clients in a wide range of other matters including healthcare and data security, antitrust litigation, professional malpractice, and various business and contract disputes.
