Florida State Law Environmental Law Program Ranked 10th Best in Nation

TALLAHASSEE—Florida State University College of Law’s environmental law program is 10th best in the nation, according to U.S. News & World Report’s 2009 edition of “America’s Best Graduate Schools.” “These rankings reflect the breadth and depth of our expertise,” said law dean Don Weidner, “in areas ranging from water law to energy law to land use planning.” 

Florida State Law also was ranked 49th in the nation in terms of academic reputation.
