Earlier in April, after an engaging discussion with Judge Mark Walker, the chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, in his chambers, students from Professor Carla Laroche’s Gender and Family Justice Clinic conducted a mock family law workshop with Judge Walker in his courtroom. Students conducted the injunctions for protections presentation and Judge Walker, who is a former circuit court judge, shared fantastic insights. In February, Judge Walker spoke at an FSU American Constitution Society meeting.
