United States Senator Mel Martinez to Speak at Florida State Law

TALLAHASSEE – United States Senator Mel Martinez will speak at the Florida State University College of Law on Wednesday, March 26 from 2:45 to 4:00 p.m. in the law school rotunda. The 1973 Florida State Law graduate will address the law school’s student body and answer questions. 

Senator Martinez is a Republican, a Cuban American and the former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. He sits on the Senate’s Armed Services; Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs; and Energy and Natural Resources committees. He also serves on the Special Committee on Aging. 

The event is sponsored by the Florida State Law Student Bar Association.
