What do you feel is unique about the College of Law?
The College of Law is unique to other law schools because it is in Tallahassee, the state’s capital. It’s location in the capital opens a lot of doors for students to meet and network with important people in the government and the legal community in general.

How have you interacted with our alumni network?
The FSU Law alumni network is extremely committed and involved in bettering the future of the school. In the short time I’ve been at the school I have seen countless alumni take the time to come to events and participate and network with current students. This commitment shows how important the school is to its alumni and how willing they are to help current students and other alumni within the network.

Which administrative office and/or professor has been particularly helpful to you during your time at the College of Law?
Mr. Thomas Latino in the Career Services and Professional Development Center has definitely made me feel the most confident about my future as a lawyer. I left his office feeling more on track and ready to start the summer job application process with a whole list of resources and references to properly begin the search. I would recommend to anyone to visit the office, especially if they’re feeling off track.

Give one fun fact about yourself.
Spanish is my first language.

Why did you become a student ambassador?
When a prospective student is visiting the school, the students they meet and the impressions those students make can really influence their decision of where to attend. Being a student ambassador is important because potential students look at ambassadors as representatives of the people they will be surrounded with and the friends they will make during their time at FSU Law. I love being a friendly face and being able to offer students quality advice and insight into what FSU Law is all about.
