E. Marion Brummal
E. Marion Brummal is originally from Montgomery, Alabama. He earned his law degree from Louisiana State University in 2020, graduating cum laude. During his time at LSU, he completed an externship at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, where he was exposed to the Clean Air Act. Afterwards, he turned his attention to environmental law, eventually earning a Graduate Certificate in Energy Law and Policy as well as a Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law.
Brummal’s career ambition is to counsel businesses through the complexities of compliance with environmental regulations, which he believes will be aided through his experience in the Environmental Law and Policy LL.M. program at FSU. By furthering his understanding in environmental law, he aspires to impart not only the substantive requirements of the relevant laws and regulations to his clients, but to educate them on the impact of their existing and proposed activities, and to ultimately inspire prophylactic measures such as minimization and mitigation of potential environmental harms.
