Kubra Metin

Kubra Metin is originally from Turkey where she earned her Bachelor of Law degree from Istanbul Kultur University. After completing her law degree, she worked as a legal intern at the Dogan & Dogan Law firm with two teams; one specialized in civil law and the other specialized in criminal law. She gained professional legal writing and trial experience during her internships at the first-instance courts and the Supreme Court in Turkey's capital, Ankara. She also participated in the criminal law certificate program at Ankara Bar Association. Metin is a licensed attorney in good standing with the Istanbul Bar Association. She worked at the Arslan-Turk Law Firm where she was responsible for a prominent energy company’s debt enforcement and bankruptcy cases.  

After moving to the U.S., she took the opportunity to sharpen her English skills at Florida State University's Center for Intensive English Studies (CIES). Metin is currently pursuing an LL.M. in American Law in order to further her law career in the U.S. She has excellent analytical and communication skills.
