What do you feel is unique about Tallahassee?
Tallahassee is a unique place that offers a little something for everyone. It is a good mixture of residential and urban and the city retains its southern charm while always hosting a variety of activities. There is the added bonus of being in the Florida capital, which means there are a myriad of job and networking opportunities for the law students.

How have you interacted with our alumni network?
Florida State Law alumni are always nearby, eager to speak with law students, and represent virtually every area of law. Even when I am not running into alumni around town, the law school is always hosting networking events that never disappoint. I especially enjoy meeting with alumni at Lucky Goat Coffee.

What has been your most challenging experience in law school thus far?
It is true what people say; law school requires a lot of reading. Time management can be challenging and sometimes it seems impossible to balance assignments with meetings and your personal life. However, it is not only doable, but it also helps prepare you for the working world. It also helps to remember that 1) professors and friends are around to help AND 2) pretty much everyone is in the same boat.

Why did you become a student ambassador?
When I was a prospective student, the student ambassadors I interacted with were instrumental in my attendance. They made me feel that FSU College of Law was a family where students supported each other. As a student ambassador, I have the opportunity to not only give back to the school but also encourage prospective students to choose FSU, if they think it’s the right fit for them, because it was the perfect fit for me. This position allows me to stay engaged with FSU College of Law and to continue to build relationships with staff and students.

Give one fun fact about yourself.
I am a sushi enthusiast who is willing to eat sushi for any and every meal.
