Raphael de Barros Coelho is originally from Brazil and earned his bachelor of law degree at the Universidade Vila Velha, where he served as chairman of the council of class presidents and was admitted as a legal intern for the Brazilian Bar Association. In 2012, Coelho spent time studying advanced general English and legal English at the London School of Business and Finances. Coelho also worked as an intern beginning in 2010 at the law firm of Coelho, Alochio e Pessanha Advogados, and after passing the Brazilian Bar Exam, accepted an associate position before being promoted to partner, occupying the managing partner position. Coelho earned his LL.M. in business law at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais and plans to continue his studies in american law for foreign lawyers in the LL.M. program at FSU.
