Ulugbek Yusubov is from Uzbekistan, where he earned his LL.B. from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and a Master of International Law from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. In 2013, he received a Master of Public Policy from the Korean Development Institute School of Public Policy and Management. Upon graduating with an LL.B., he worked as an assistant professor for the Academy of Internal Affairs and a legal advisor for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
