Robert Glicksman, J.B. and Maurice C. Shapiro Professor of Environmental Law at George Washington University Law School, will present our Spring 2026 DEL on the topic “The Unraveling of U.S. Environmental Law.”

Wednesday, March 4, 3:30-5 p.m., via Zoom

FSU’s very own Mark Seidenfeld, Patricia A. Dore Professor of Administrative Law, will moderate an energy law panel with Shelley Welton, Presidential Distinguished Professor of Law and Energy Policy at the Carey Law School of the University of Pennsylvania, and James Coleman, energy law scholar and Professor of Law at the University of Minnesota Law School.

Professor Erin Ryan will share insights on her latest book publication, “Law for the Land: The Public Trust Doctrine, Mono Lake, and a Quiet Revolution in Environmental Law,” alongside guest speakers Alexandra Klass, the James G. Degnan Professor of Law and Co-director, Environmental and Energy Law Program at the University of Michigan, and Geoff McQuiken, Executive Director of the Mono Lake Committee.
