Denay Brown has joined Stearns Weaver Miller’s Tallahassee office as a real estate shareholder. Jacob T. Cremer spoke at the Third Annual Virtual Environmental & Land Use Law Conference put on by the Hillsborough County Bar Association on April 29. He was a part of the Private Sector Roundtable Discussion, where they discussed the recent trend of development moratoria in Tampa Bay that are artificially restricting the housing supply, how rezoning applicants can protect their rights in the event of an adverse decision or third party challenge, and how land use disputes can be resolved using the Florida Land Use and Dispute Resolution Act. Nicki Mohr Hall was promoted to County Court Director at the State Attorney’s Office in Tampa in October 2020 and can be reached at mohr_n@sao13th.com. Also, on January 4, 2021, she and her law school sweetheart, Jason Hall ('10), welcomed the arrival of their first child, Wyatt Charles Hall. Posted 1.29.21

 

Nichole C. Milton has served the State Court of Fulton County in Atlanta as Chief Deputy Clerk since 2014. Last November, she was appointed as Chief Deputy Clerk to the US District Court of Colorado. She, Rodney, and their children, Kennedi (11) and Ellis (9), made the 20 hour drive to Denver the day after Christmas. The Miltons now reside just one mile from the Alfred A. Andrew G. Fay was named one of Florida State University's 2018 Notable Noles, which recognizes alumni under the age of 35 for their significant contributions to their professions, communities or alma mater. He will be honored at the Young Alumni Awards on November 16, 2018. Fay also was featured on The Florida Channel. He is a commissioner at the Florida Public Service Commission. Posted 10.16.18
