Amber Stoner Nunnally has been elevated to partner in the Tallahassee office of Shutts & Bowen LLP. She is a member of the Appellate Practice Group. Joshua Hawkes has been appointed to the 2nd Circuit Court by Governor Ron DeSantis. Hawkes has been a lawyer with Foley & Lardner in Tallahassee since 2015 and is also a reserve Commander in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps. Posted 10.1.20

Benjamin Edward Stearns was celebrated as a graduating "Class 6" member in the Legal Aid Foundation's Thunderdome Tallahassee Awards ceremony, which was held virtually on September 22. The class clocked 300+ pro bono hours over the past year. Posted 10.2.20

Lauren Brothers passed away on May 1, 2019. She served as a staff attorney for the Division of Aquaculture, Office of Agricultural Water Policy and the Florida Forest Service at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Posted 5.9.19
